Interactive Account Manager
We are actively seeking an Account Manager to join our Vancouver Client Services team.
The Role:
Working as a member of our Vancouver Client Services team the Account Manager will be representing Noise Digital on our front line, liaising with clients and partners on a daily basis.
The Account Manager is responsible for facilitating account, project and campaign planning in conjunction with the Account Director. They will work with the Account Director to provide a high level of client service as well as assisting in identifying opportunities for client growth and development. Day to day responsibilities include facilitating and overseeing execution of client requests, managing project budgets and maintaining up to date client status reports.
Engrossed and experienced in working in the digital realm the Account Manager will be able to provide insight and direction to the team, translating client requirements into streamlined actionable briefs for internal stakeholders.

You have an uncanny ability to accurately and efficiently disseminate and articulate client goals and objectives to other stakeholders internally and vice versa. Whether presenting to a group or sending an email, you bring clarity and value to a conversation.
You're engaged by, and engage with what's going on online.
You do more than just refresh Mashable once a day. You've worked on digital projects, and pay attention to new mobile, web application and social media trends. You do more than read blogs, you're actively engaged and part of the ongoing conversation.
You get client service and client management.
You have experience working directly with clients in an accounts or coordination role and understand the value of quick follow through, attention to detail, strong service and results. You also know that the fastest way to underwhelm is to overpromise and that managing your clients expectations is the only way to successfully deliver on them.
