Setting: It is atop a prominent hill 500m west of a creek.
Brief: It is described as a 2.5m diameter cairn surrounded by a 13m diameter stone circle. There was a cluster of stones (measuring approximately 0.8m by 2m) on the south-southeast edge of the central cairn with smaller rock concentrations on the margins of the cairns as well.
Design: The shape of the central cairn was originally interpreted as a turtle effigy, with clusters of stone forming the head and four appendages.
