The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has developed a strategy for better information sharing that will enable more informed decision making and generate better outcomes for citizens and businesses.

The strategy is about making sure the right people have access to the right information at the right time for the right reasons, while ensuring and enhancing the privacy of citizens.

The Role of Identity Management:

A well-designed identity management system is key to enabling better information sharing, enhancing privacy protection, and connecting the diverse web of public and private sector agencies involved in the delivery of today's public service.
