ANDERSON 2 Site: EfOq-65
Type: Medicine Wheel - Group 3 Status: Partly Disturbed
Region: Alberta, Canada Location: (protected)*
Record: Survey (protected)* File: (protected)*
Site Plan & Local Topography:

Setting: Occupying the prairie level between two steep coulees on the north rim of the Red Deer River valley. Near the crest of a small rise.
Brief: A 10m diameter, 1.3m high, central cairn encircled by a 20m diameter irregular stone circle. 11 short spokes appear to extend beyond the circle, but these could just represent scattered stones.
Design: The imprecise or fuzzy features of Anderson 2 make it challenging to interpret in comparison to the full family of medicine wheels.
