David Vogt contributes actively to community and non-profit organizations and is inspired by a 'renaissance 2.0' vision - an amplification of art, culture and understanding concentrated in urban environments and fuelled in part by new media and social networks.  The acronymn for his Mobile MUSE (Media-rich Urban Shared Experience) Network is an applied research expression of this vision.

David has been a bicycle commuter his entire career. He was born in Birmingham (UK), enjoyed childhood in small town Ontario, and feels blessed to call Vancouver home.
